With the isolation that came with the lockdowns across the world our need for touch became very apparent. 

The question “Is scoliosis in the genes?” has no simple answer, because there are so many different causes of scoliosis. There is a large group of affected people for whom scoliosis is not determined by the genes, for example those with a neuromuscular condition such as cerebral palsy, which is neither genetic nor inherited.

I was the youngest in my family.  Unfortunately for me it meant that I was born when my grandparents were old. I missed both my grandfathers, one of my grandmothers and only managed to meet the other grandmother a few times before she died none of which I remember.
