Lifestyle Medicine

September 20, 2021

About 15 years ago I left England to pioneer Osteopathy in Canada. The early years were tough, no one knew what I did and let’s be honest, Osteopathy is a difficult word for most people to pronounce.

But together with my then wife, Lucy, we took every marketing course we could and hired multiple business coaches to guide us. The hard work paid off and we ended up building one of the largest osteopathic clinics in Canada, founding a profession and becoming the first #B-Corp certified clinic in the world.

But in 2017 I sold the clinic, my house and all my possession in Canada and moved to Nicaragua….

Part of my motivation was stress.

The stress of running a million dollar company, the stress of 6 months of winter, the stress of bringing up two kids in the North American lifestyle…it was affecting my health.

But things have changed.

I’ve spent the last 3 years living by the beach, treating a handful of clients in person and 1000’s online, all the while learning from the best in the world on how to be healthy not just for me but for my clients.

Now I see my struggles reflected in the majority of Gen Xers (40-50 years olds)

They finally have some financial security, their kids are getting older and don’t need them as much but they realise they have put their health and wellbeing on hold for the last 20 years.

Most don’t know what to do about it.

I’m going to change that.

Let me be your guide.

I’m going to show you with my online training, in person retreats and FB how you can take back control of your health and add years to your life.

I’ll be sharing the secrets that my personal network of experts have told me.

I’ll show you nutritional shortcuts.

How exercise can become play

Why sleep is so underrated…

….and how aspects of your lifestyle could literally be killing you.

Be prepared for what is to come.

Share this with people who need it.
