The Lifestyle Medicine Retreat each day of the retreat we will focus on one of the key elements of lifestyle medicine and discover ways you can implement them into our life when you go home.

Investment

The price depends on the number of people coming on the retreat and the accommodation you choose.
10 people or more, we will use  the bungalows and cabins of Costa Dulce

Less than 10 people  we can use the smaller but more economical retreat centres of Verdad or Santosha Surf 

Itinerary

The retreat runs for 5 days with plenty of time to yourself.

Each day will be based on the following pattern:

6:00 AM Light breakfast
7:00 – 7:45 AM Morning movement
8:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfast
9:00 – 10:00 AM Yoga
10:00 – 11:00 NN Meditation/Surfing etc
11:00 – 12:00PM Meditation/Surfing etc
12:00 – 1:00PM Lunch
1:00 – 3:00 PM Free
3:00 – 4:00 PM Free
4:00 – 5:00 PM Qi Gong
4:00 – 5:00 PM Dinner and sunset watching
7:00 PM onwards Lifestyle discussions

Getting There

The location is near San Juan Del Sur in the South of Nicaragua. San Juan del Sur is equidistant from two airports:

Managua is the capital of Nicaragua and is about 2 hours away.

Liberia is in Costa Rica and is a similar distance but you will have to go through a land boarder. This is relatively straight forward, and we will arrange transport for you that will take care of everything.

The retreat will be held at the beautiful jungle retreat centre of Costa Dulce.

Ed Paget

Edward Paget holds two degrees, one in Exercise Physiology and the other in Osteopathy.

He has dedicated the last 20 years of his life to finding and understanding the root cause of peoples' pain and where possible treating it using gentle, lifestyle changes and exercise.
