The length of each appointment will be between 45 and 60 mins.
Ed will ask you a thorough history of your condition, ask you to complete a movement screen and then provide hands on treatment. At the end he will give you specific exercises for you to do at home.
Over the last 10 years Ed has been building a YouTube library to help people manage their own pain or movement limitations and increase performance through exercise. He regularly adds videos so be sure to subscribe and visit regularly
