Balance is a perishable skill, meaning as we age our balance decreases.
The older we get the more likely we will fall and hurt ourselves.
The good news is that balance is also a trainable skill but you have to work it to improve it.
Here I show some simple balance exercises on a 2×4 to help improve your balance. You don’t need a 2×4 you can do this on a line on the floor but being up in the air a little makes it harder!
The higher you go the more you have to train your brain as well as your body.
