How I am using my pull up bar and gymnastic rings

In this video I show you what I’m currently doing a my pull up bar and gymnastic rings. Don’t expect Olympic style flips here, I’m working on whole body dynamic movements that allow me to control my body weight and become more co-ordinated.  I believe these type of exercises are good for me right now.  They may not be right for you at the moment but the more of us that can master moving our own body weight the better.
