Here’s a great article published in the Journal of Integrative Medicine. It gives some practical tips from a functional medicine perspective on how to improve your immune system against COVID-19, but it will also have cross over effects for influenza.
For me this article is very welcome, because it’s not about drugs and fear but more about what we can do, as individuals, to help ourselves.
