I’m writing to tell you that your scoliosis program returned 15 years to me. I can only thank you. It doesn’t seem enough. I'll try to keep this story short. 15 years ago i had to stop running due to my knees. Really painful. Went to Dr. They did an x-ray. They told me i had some kind of genetic failure and to stop everything i was doing. Omg! As a personal trainer I was teaching cardio kick boxing, conditioning and taking tae kwon do; albeit it was a bit much. Anyway, i cried because i couldn't believe my career had ended. But had it...? I tried cycling. That wont hurt my knees. Well during those 15 years I did too much cycling and I broke again. Then scoliosis set in. Here's where you come in. Not only do the exercises work to help with pain, but in my case I had reduction in the curve. That allowed me some space to train again. I do the scoliosis exercises every day in one form or another. I do a plank every day and other functional exercises. Today was the test -- could I run a block? The answer is yes. I was without pain by the way. So I ran one block and walked another for a total of 2 miles. I am 63 years old and I did not expected this great result. Thank you.
