How Could You Help Your Back Pain Without Leaving Your House?

January 15, 2019

After selling our Calgary based osteopathic clinic my family and I moved to Nicaragua, where we have spent the last 6 months.

During that time I’ve been working on a passion project that I think you may be interested in.

During the 10 years I spent in Canada almost all the people who came to see for osteopathy where in pain. The majority was back pain. I would see people who couldn’t stand up, couldn’t sit down, I would see people crying or even laughing with pain. All these people asked me the same question.

“What could they do to get rid of their pain and stop it from coming back?

I know that thoughtful, specific exercises are the solution for this.

Over the years I recommended 1000s of exercises, commonly I would film them on peoples phones, you may even have one on your phone somewhere. In the last 2 years my wife and I even opened a movement centre so that we could show people how to move properly and end their suffering.

However, we kept coming up against the same problem. People seemed to get busier and busier and had less and less time to work on themselves.

Where there is a problem there is usually a solution.

One of the solutions I’ve seen are online courses for people with back pain. This can save a person time and money. However, the majority of online courses are created by non experts or DIYers who have managed to help themselves and now think that everyone should be doing what they did. These courses do not save time or money!

I’ve been working on my own solution.

I’ve spent 3 months filming and editing a progressive series of exercises that I’ve tried and tested over the 10 years I have been in the trenches. I’ve put them together in such a way that the program will take a person from pain, fear and uncertainty to freedom and confidence in their back.

I haven’t launched the program yet, but I’m excited because I know it’s better than 99% of the stuff that out there.

Here is a  little peak into the program so you can see what it will be like.
