Groin strains seem to be ubiquitous in sports today. Maybe this is because the sports have got harder to play or we all spend too much time sitting and unintentionally tightening our groins.
One of the main muscles in the groin, the adductor magnus has multiple roles. It can work as a hip flexor, a hamstring, a rotator and an adductor.
