Receive bespoke and guided exercises from Osteopath and scoliosis expert Ed Paget.

During your retreat he will perform a thorough movement assessment with you to find out how the rest of your body might be affecting your scoliosis.  He will then prescribe specific exercises to work on your individual imbalances.  These will form the foundation of the work you do every day, so that you can start to unwind all the areas in your body that could be affecting your spine.

You need to move your spine in order to change it.
We will teach you exactly how to move it, but in addition we will provide you with some of the best hands on therapy for your body.  Each day will consist of a combination of education, movement and massage (manual therapy) so that you can come away knowing that you have done everything you can to help your spine find centre.

11.30-12. Theory of exercise and scoliosis

The location is San Juan Del Sur in the South of Nicaragua.
It is equidistant from two airports:

Managua is the capital of Nicaragua and is about 2 hours away. 

Liberia is in Costa Rica and is a similar distance but you will have to go through a land boarder. This is relatively straight forward, and we can arrange transport for you that will take care of everything. 

Currently San Juan Del Sur has some amazing deals for accommodation.

The retreat happens at Mango Rosa Resort and they will be offering packages for food and accommodation.

If you prefer hotels or hostels there are plenty to choose from in town.
From the back packer vibe Casa Oro at $30 per night for a private room to the more stately Hotel Victoriano at approximately $120. It is also possible to rent an entire house near the venue, but you would be responsible for your transport to and from the retreat.


Transfers from Managua or Liberia (Costa Rica) can be arranged for about $160 round trip.

Last year Nicaragua did experience some political unrest but it is very safe now.  For further reading on this please look at this article in the UK's Telegraph.

For example: This is one of our preferred houses if the group wanted to share accommodation. In house cooks and daily cleaning can also be easily arranged.

Recently  guests have stayed for as little as $17 a night for a private room in an exclusive complex in the heart of town. The Scoliosis Correction Protocol team will be able to find you a deal to fit your budget.

Investment: $1997 for non-members and $1497 usd for members of the Scoliosis Correction Protocol™

Next Step: If accepted a deposit of $500USD will be required to reserve your spot. The remainder of the balance is due by 30 days before your camp. If the camp is cancelled due to any reason the deposit will be returned to you by 30 days prior to the starting date. (Refunds for flights etc will be your responsibility).

Edward Paget holds two degrees, one in Exercise Physiology and the other in Osteopathy. 
He has dedicated the last 20 years of his life to finding and understanding the root cause of peoples' pain and where possible treating it using gentle, non invasive approaches and exercise.

He is he an expert in scoliosis and most well known for helping people with adult scoliosis live pain free with greater flexibility and more energy.
For the last 10 years he has run a busy multidisciplinary clinic in Canada while consulting to many Canadian Olympic winter teams.  However, his practice has grown to working mainly with patients who have scoliosis both online and in person.
