A New Way To Do A Retreat

Most people sign up for a retreat, have a great, relaxing, week in the sun but then ruin it all by going back to their busy lives without changing anything

The Lifestyle Medicine Retreat is different.  

3 months prior to the retreat you will have access to an online course which will take you through information on each of the 6 pillars of health.

After working through the course you will have a greater understanding on how your lifestyle could be affecting your health and a clear idea of how you can change it.
The 5 days you spend on retreat in Nicaragua will be a culmination of the learning you have already done.
You will be able to put into practice the all the techniques and knowledge you have gained over the last 3 months, so that you will be more able to apply it your busy life at home.

A day might look like this:
The retreat runs for 5 days with plenty of time to yourself.

Each day will be laid out on the following pattern:

Where is it and how to get here

The location is near San Juan Del Sur in the South of Nicaragua.
San Juan del Sur is equidistant from two airports:

Managua is the capital of Nicaragua and is about 2 hours away. 

Liberia is in Costa Rica and is a similar distance but you will have to go through a land boarder.  This is relatively straight forward, and we will arrange transport for you that will take care of everything. 

The retreat will be held at the beautiful jungle retreat centre of Costa Dulce

Investment
Based on a single person in an ocean view private cabin: $2,497.  
Rates will change slightly depending on what accommodation option you choose. For example if you choose a private room with a shared bathroom the cost will be $2,275.
About the Facilitator
About the Facilitator
Edward Paget holds two degrees, one in Exercise Physiology and the other in Osteopathy. 
He has dedicated the last 20 years of his life to finding and understanding the root cause of peoples' pain and where possible treating it using gentle, lifestyle changes and exercise.
For the last 10 years he has run a busy multidisciplinary clinic in Canada while consulting with many Canadian Olympic winter teams. 

Despite the success of the clinic he noticed that the stress of running one of the largest osteopathic clinics in Canada was affecting his health, the very thing he warns his patients about. Rather than be the type of therapist who preaches health but doesn't practice it, he sold the business in 2017 and moved his family to the surf town of San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua. This allowed him to be true to his passion, lifestyle medicine, spend more time with his children and appreciate the gift of life

He now splits his time between Nicaragua and Canada.
